World War Two Carrot Cookies

Some pupils from P4McV and P4McD made carrot cookies today! This was a recipe from World War 2. During the war rationing meant that sugar wasn’t easy to get, so vegetables like carrots were used to add sweetness instead. They definitely got a thumbs up from us!
