Hello everyone
If you have entered this section, you will thinking about registering your child for 2020/21 AQE and GL assessments.
This is a very uncertain time for everyone involved in education, not least for parents and pupils. The AQE and GL assessments are monitoring what is happening and are keeping schools, parents and pupils up to date with the latest developments on their websites (click on links below).
Parents and pupils should continue to prepare for the assessments at home, while these assessment bodies continue to monitor the situation.
AQE Key Dates:
Registration for AQE will open on Thursday 14 May 2020 and will close on Friday 25 September 2020.
AQE Paper 1: Saturday 21st November 2020
AQE Paper 2: Saturday 28th November 2020
AQE Paper 3: Saturday 12th December 2020
GL Assessment Key Dates:
Registration for the GL assessment will open on Monday 1st June 2020 and will close on Friday 9th October 2020.
GL Assessment: Saturday 5th December 2020
Results for both the AQE and GL Assessment will be issued on Saturday 30th January 2021
I would strongly advise parents to register their child for both the AQE and GL assessments.
