This week in PDMU we are learning about gratitude. Grab your dictionary and find out what gratitude means.

Gratitude is a transforming power backed by science. Did you know that being grateful can improve your health, help us build deep and lasting relationships, and has even been linked to a longer, more fulfilling life. One study showed that those who practised gratefulness were more likely to exercise regularly and it is linked with an uptick in weekly exercise and it can increase happiness by 25%!

We've had some strange weeks separated from school and friends. We miss many things about normal life but we still have much to be grateful for at this time! Mrs McDonnell is grateful for all the sunshine, being able to go on runs and see her family again. What are you grateful for?

GRATEFUL: A Love Song to the World

Task: Complete a gratitude scavenger hunt by taking pictures of what you are thankful for. See if you can get a picture for everything on the list. All the best and remember to be thankful and grateful!
