Gratitude is a transforming power backed by science. Did you know that being grateful can improve your health, help us build deep and lasting relationships, and has even been linked to a longer, more fulfilling life. One study showed that those who practised gratefulness were more likely to exercise regularly and it is linked with an uptick in weekly exercise and it can increase happiness by 25%!
