Energy is the power we use for transportation, for heat and light in our homes and for the manufacture of all kinds of products. There are two sources of energy: renewable and non-renewable energy. Non-renewable energy comes from sources that will run out or will not be replenished in our lifetimes, or even in many, many lifetimes. It has therefore been important to find other sources of energy that are ‘renewable’. Read through the presentation slides below and watch the YouTube video to find out more about renewable and non-renewable energy.
