Lesson 15 – How to prepare for an earthquake
In this lesson you will learn about how to prepare for an earthquake.
Step 1 – Play the ‘Deadliest Earthquakes Game’ with someone in your house. The rules can be found on slide 7 of the ‘Richter Scale’ PowerPoint.
Step 2 – Read slides 8 – 13 and make notes using the ‘Note Taking Frame’ worksheet
Step 3 – Using your notes, design your own storyboard, drawing images inside the TV screens on the ‘Richter Scale Storyboard’ worksheet and write an explanation of what is happening in each scene
