Football Tournament 18/1/19
Both Elmgrove football teams had a fantastic time competing in the Ashfield Boys’ football tournament. The Elmgrove A team played excellent football in their group stage, finishing top of their group and scoring 13 goals. They progressed to the semi finals of the cup and were unlucky to lose in a penalty shoot out. Elmgrove B battled well throughout the tournament progressing to the semi finals of the plate.
Special mention to Elmgrove A team player Zac from P6M, who was player of the tournament and scored 6 goals in total. Mr Finnegan, Mrs English and Mr McCartney were proud of all the players and would like to thank the parents for their support at the tournament.
