P3 IK Chinese New Year

P3K have been having a super time learning all about Chinese New Year. Gordon from P4McV visited and showed us his dragon puppet, danced with his lion head and played his drum. We’ve enjoyed becoming chopsticks experts, learning how to paint Chinese characters, composing our own music using the pentatonic scale and ordering food in our very own Chinese restaurant. We also made our own Chinese New Year crackers to take home when we had been learning about forces.
