East Belfast Alternatives
East Belfast Alternatives is a community based restorative justice charity, supporting individuals and families in a number of ways through different projects. We have benefited through the provision of excellent programmes, trips for our children and with staff training. East Belfast Alternatives offer invaluable help to the community through the Family Support Hub, which provides early intervention support to families and children aged 0-18 by connecting them to a range of support services, such as ASD/ADHD support, education, 1:1 support for adolescents, practical support, and counselling. Intensive Youth Support works with young people in the community through 1:1 mentoring. Projects include: DARE (Dream, Achieve, Respect, Engage), STARS (Striving Towards a Restorative Society), SAFE (Safer Areas for Everyone), MACS (Mediation, Advocacy, Community Support) and START (offering essential skills, CV and job application support). Thank you to East Belfast Alternatives for their commitment to our children!
