East Belfast Mission
East Belfast Mission, a registered charity since 1985, moved into the Skainos Centre in October 2012. EBM is part of the Methodist Church in Ireland and strives to achieve “renewal and transformation in the East Belfast community”. This great charity works across all communities offering a range of services to meet the needs of everyone. With over 100 staff currently employed and approximately 200 volunteers, East Belfast Mission directly works with many of our pupils and their families, offering a range of invaluable services including: the fantastic Aspire Kids and Youth Project, a weekly Drop-In service, counselling services, family support, employability programmes and so much more. In Elmgrove, we have enjoyed links with East Belfast Mission primarily through our school choir; in addition, we often hear our children speaking positively about their involvement in one of EBM’s programmes or services. We wish to take this opportunity to thank EBM for how they support so many of our children and families in Elmgrove. For further information, visit https://www.ebm.org.uk/contactus/
