P5 and Tim Peake
In Primary 5, Space is one of our most interesting topics and we couldn’t resist the opportunity to visit the Ulster Transport Museum to see Tim Peake’s Soyuz space capsule and read about his decent from the International Space Station. We saw Peake’s spacesuit and made paper rockets 🚀 to shoot sky high! We also explored the Folk Museum, experiencing life in the early 20th century and we spotted some farm animals along the way.
A massive thank you to Eastside Learning and Ulster Folk and Transport Museum for two wonderful days of learning!
