Primary 7 celebrated the 100th birthday of one of their favourite authors, Roald Dahl, with a fantastic day of activities. They created wooden spoon characters, designed Mr Twit's beard, wrote about BFG dreams, completed maths challenges and tried to emulate Quentin Blake's artistic style.
They finished off the day with a Twit's spaghetti worm challenge and tasted some of Bruce Bogtrotter's chocolate cake. All rounded off with a Matilda sing-a-long.
A fantastic day of learning and celebration.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
